Basic features of the system:

• The structure of the tribune modules, made of steel profiles, is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing
• Platforms made of 30 mm high steel lattice (Wema type) with 33x44 mm mesh
• Protective barriers protected by powder coating or galvanizing
• Optionally, steel structure elements can be hot-dip galvanized and powder coated*
• Each tribune module is equipped with a set of wheels for easy transport
• The tribune design is prepared individually for each facility, in accordance with the current safety regulations and audience standards

General information

3-row modular mobile tribune, intended for outdoor use. Equipped with plastic seats H=25 cm with medium-height backrest (other seats available on request), mounted on system putlogs, made of 60x40 mm profiles, which are attached to the main support frames.

The supporting structure is based on a transverse frame system, to which 60x40 mm longitudinal load-bearing profiles (supporting the platforms) are installed. The main frames of the tribune, made of closed steel profiles with posts made of 40x40 mm profile, are installed in 1460 and 1960 mm axial spacing. The level difference between successive platforms is 280 mm; middle step 140 mm high is installed in modules with an entrance. Platforms, made of 30 mm high steel lattice (Wema type) with 33x44 mm mesh, are mounted on the girders.

Each module is equipped with 4 pneumatic transport wheels with a diameter of 175 mm (2 stationary and 2 steering, including one equipped with a brake), installed on steel brackets bolted to the back of each module. To set the module in transport position, lift the front of the module and gradually tilt it backwards; the module will be supported on brackets screwed to the frames until it settles on the wheels. After doing this, it is possible to easily and conveniently transport the tribune, e.g. to the warehouse.

The whole is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing. Protective barriers, protected by powder coating or galvanizing, are installed in the back of the tribune, and side barriers are mounted on the end modules. Optionally, steel structure elements can be hot-dip galvanized and powder coated*. The tribune design is prepared individually for each facility, in accordance with the current safety regulations and audience standards.

*The use of double anti-corrosion protection technology for steel structures should be individually agreed with the Sales Department.
