Visit of professors from Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Belgium and Israel as part of UE TEMPUS MMATENG project

On 23 July 2015 professors from Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Belgium and Israel visited our company, as part of the EU TEMUS MMATENG project. This project is devoted to changes in the teaching of technical subjects, especially material engineering, at universities. At the invitation of the Director of the Institute of Materials Science of Cracow University of Technology, prof. Janusz Mikuła, professors from the following universities arrived to Cracow:

· State Technical Unversity in Magnitogorsk (Russia)
· Tel-Aviv University (Israel)
· Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok (Russia)
· Shamoon College of Engineering, Beer Sheva (Israel)
· KU Leuven (Belgium)
· Technische Universität Berlin (Germany)
During visit to Myślenice a group of professors visited all departments of our company. The meeting started with presentation of Production Facility No. 2, where the technologies used in metal processing were discussed (powder coating, laser cutting, metal sheets bending with the use of press brake, metal sheets cutting with guillotine shears, turning and milling).Then guests visited a new Logistics and Distribution Center in Myślenice and Production Facility No. 1 in Trzemeśnia. The last point of the visit was the presentation of our company, which participantes in the EU program watched in the conference room of our Company Headquarters in Myślenice, Słowackiego Str. 75A. The invited guests showed great interest in PESMENPOL's activity, as evidenced by numerous questions addressed to the meeting host.
We sincerely thank our guests for their time spent, which was certainly fruitful and allowed both parties to gain new experiences.
