System for vertical lifting and lowering of the sound-absorbent double-layer dividing curtain with electric drive

Structure for vertical lifting and lowering of the sound-absorbent double-layer dividing curtain is equipped with electric drive module. The set includes: electric engine, drums, brackets, rotary shaft and courtin mounting rail. In addition, the structure is completed by a supporting beam, lifting the curtain material. The whole is attached to the building structure, using adaptive elements (brackets).

Adaptive elements (brackets), made of steel profiles and laser cut sheets, they are designed and adapted individually for each facility, based on measurements carried out on site.

The supports, equipped with polyamide rollers, on which a rotating shaft is based, are mounted to brackets. A belts, wounded onto the drums, fastened to shafts, raise or lower the curtain. The shaft is driven by a motor with gear, operated by remote control. The engine is equipped with an encoder, fixing the outermost positions of the curtain. The engine is mounted on a specially adapted bracket.

The belts lift the supporting-bearing beam, which also acts as a connector of the lower part of the curtain material with the belts wound on the drum. Each belt is wound on a drum at the same speed, so after folding the curtain is laid parallel to the ground, and the individual panels of the curtain are arranged in an aesthetic way, and the material does not bend.
