Material and technical specification:

Telescopic tribune with folding upholstered seats with armrests, equipped with electric drive. The system consists of moving frames, front- and back connectors, crossbeams and platform boards.

Moving frames are made of closed steel profiles 80x40x2 mm, 40x40x2 mm, steel C-sections 40x40x40x2 mm, 20x40x20x3 mm and hot rolled metal sheets #3, #5 and #8 mm thick. The frame is equipped with safety bearing wheels Φ100 mm (polyamide with polyurethane tread or with aluminum hub and polyurethane tread), and leading rollers, moving inside the profiled furrow of the following frame. The frames are connected using back and front connectors. The front connector is made of profile 60x40x2 mm; the back connector is made of cold rolled metal sheet 1,5 mm thick. The back connector is bent in a special shape and therefore can carry greater load.

The structure is additionally stiffened by crossbeams and struts, made of closed steel profile 40x27x2 mm, finished with fixing plates. Platform boards, made of 18 mm thick HEXA anti-slip plywood, in black as standard (optionally: covered with carpet), are assembled directly to the structure. The seats with the folding mechanism are attached to the platforms.

The single seat consists of a movable seat, backrest and armrests. The movable seat is equipped at the rear with an additional ballast, which allows for automatic return to the vertical position. The structure of the seat is made of steel sheets and wood, covered with soft sponge; the whole is upholstered with red velour fabric (as a standard).
