Gymnastic devices

Portable gymnastic equipment, such as a single- or multi-part vaulting box, a vaulting horse or buck with adjustable height, are basic gymnastic equipment. Gymnastic springboards that increase the energy of take-off complement the range of equipment designed for practicing jumps. A gymnastic balance beam, which helps in training coordination and the ability to maintain body balance, should also be present in the gym.
