Electrical height adjustment mechanism for basketball backboard, equipped with an electric motor, with drive shaft and gear system, wired or wireless controlled
The structure of this mechanism allows easily and quickly change the height of the backboard with the basketball ring in the range of 260 to 305 cm from the ground.
The mechanism is equipped with an engine 230V~/50Hz, 155W. A worm gear, mounted to the engine, transfers torque to the drive shaft. Gear trains, which are directly responsible for the movement of the backboard up or down, are located at both ends of the shaft.
The engine is controlled with a wireless remote control, a switch located in the control box, installed in a place chosen by the customer, or by an application available on mobile devices.
The extreme positions of the mechanism correspond to the following heights of the basketball ring: 305 cm and 260 cm above the floor level.
The full movement from one extreme position to the other takes about 70 seconds.
